1. Counselling Fees
All fees paid for counselling, rank prediction, or guidance services are subject to the terms below.
2. No Refund Policy
- Once the counselling process has started, no refund will be provided.
- Fees paid for personalized guidance, document analysis, or choice filling are non-refundable.
3. Partial / Full Refund (If Applicable)
A refund may be considered only if:
- The service has not started
- A refund request is raised within 24 hours of payment
- Payment was made due to a technical error or duplicate transaction
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Jeeneetcounselling.in.
4. Refund Processing Time
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7â10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation by User
Once a service is booked and confirmed, cancellation requests will not guarantee a refund.
