Answer: Accept & Freeze means you confirm the allotted seat and won't participate in further rounds. Accept & Float means you accept current seat but can still get upgraded to better choices in next rounds.
Answer: You can fill unlimited choices, but we recommend filling at least 80-100 choices covering Dream (top choices), Good (realistic options), and Safe (backup options) colleges.
